Flow state is one of my favourite essence. It's a beautiful every day all rounder to assist with ease and grace throughout any moment. I particularly enjoy taking this essence before starting my flower and earth mandala creations. I feel it elevates my joy in the creative space and helps remind me to let go of any expectation of the outcome. And simply flow with the love and joy of creating with ease and grace.
